    Hi,

    With the new architecture v3.6+ you have changed the old LinkButtons that allowed eventhandlers to hyperlink that not allow. I used News Module and I haved added actions using EventsHandlers in these 3 Buttons for oldest ver. (server side of course). Now, is biggest more complex.
    Where : all GC Modules in templates News, List, Edit

    Could you sugest one new way to add Events plz.

    This for NewsItemNew.ascx
    <asp:HyperLink ID="BackButton1" runat="server" CssClass="actions back" causesvalidation="false">
    This for NewsItemsList.ascx
    <asp:HyperLink ID="createNewButton" runat="server" cssClass="CmsButLeft new">

    Obs :
    <asp:LinkButton ID="saveButton1" IS OK, Not Change plz.....As Button !

    Regards

    Hello Pierre,

    We have provided this implementation so that no unnecessary postback is performed. That is why we could not change to the old type - LinkButton. You will be able to use your eventhandlers with the old versions (and not 3.6). The other possibility is to write your own implementation. There are very good tutorials and documentation written by our colleague Ivan in his blog at Sitefinity Blogs

    Best wishes,
    Sonya
