    When viewing my template in admin mode, the main content area placeholder aligns itself at the bottom of the content area div...in preview mode and live the content is aligned at the top correctly...I can not figure out what CSS or other setting is pushing it to the bottom? Have you seen this before? There is a left column and then the main content area...my CSS for both are below.

    <

    div id="leftcolumn">

    <asp:ContentPlaceHolder ID="ContentPlaceHolder_LeftColumn1" runat="server"></asp:ContentPlaceHolder>

    </div>

    <

    div id="content">

    <asp:ContentPlaceHolder ID="ContentPlaceHolder_MainContent" runat="server"></asp:ContentPlaceHolder>

    </div>

    div#leftcolumn {

    position: relative;

    width: 248px;

    float: left;

    min-height: 472px;

    padding: 20px 0 0 20px;

    background-image: url(images/common/leftgradient.png);

    background-repeat: repeat-x;

    }

    div#content {

    position: relative;

    width: 691px; /* compensates for padding */

    min-height: 472px;

    margin-left: 268px;

    padding: 20px 20px 0 20px;

    background-color: #fff;

    background-image: url(images/common/contentshadowleft.png);

    background-repeat: repeat-y;

    border-right: solid 1px #e89300;

    border-bottom: solid 1px #e89300;

    }

    Hello Michael,

    Add the CSS rules from below to your site theme. These selectors have clear property to both which is needed in the majority of cases but obviously not in your case.

    div.ZoneDesigner, div.ZoneDesignerSel, .ZoneDesignerFull, div.ZoneDesignerFullSel,
    div.ZoneName,
    div.ContentAreaSel,
    div.ControlTitle,
    div.ZoneDesigner div.ContentAreaEmpty,
    div.ContentAreaEmptySel
        clear: none !important;
    div.ZoneName
        height: 18px;
    .ControlTitle, div.ZoneName
        max-height: 20px;

    Let us know if you need further help.

    Sincerely yours,
    Katia
