    Hi Guys,

    Can you please tell me if .ashx are PDF files only or can they be another format of file such as an image file?

    I am using jQuery now to open links in a new window in the following way:

    $("a[href$='.ashx']").click(function ()
        {
            $(this).target="_blank"
        });

    but I wanted to make sure that ASHX files only apply to PDF files.

    Thanks,
    James

    Hello James,

    Thank you for using our services.

    We use the .sflb.ashx handler for all items coming from Images and Documents module. If you wish you can enable the real extensions of items from this module. You can follow the steps from this KB article: How to use the real extensions for the items in the Images and Documents module. Note that you should list all extensions that you have in your libraries.

    All the best,

    Awesome, just what I am looking for to kill two birds with one stone!

    Thanks Radoslav and thank you guys for always being there to help. I know some of the questions must be painstakingly simple to you guys and probably annoying at the best of times but thanks for your patience and working with us through them. I think the Telerik and SF support are truly something else!
