I get this error every time I try to edit an image properties in generic content editor:

Cannot deserialize dialog parameters. Please refresh the editor page.
    Error Message:Invalid character in a Base-64 string.

I already tried this (http://www.telerik.com/help/aspnet-ajax/editorcannotdeserializedialogparameters.html) with no luck. Any other suggestions? Maybe I didn't create a 46_byte_encryption_key_of_your_choosing correctly?

    Hello Mcpdinkansas,

Please ensure that you have generated  a correct 46-bytes key. Do you use a custom templates for your Generic Content based modules? There could be some changes that you have made which breaks the RadEditor. Another possible reason could be if you do some changes with the urls- say url rewriting that converts the url characters.

    All the best,
