We are trying to use a custom CSS and change filtering behavior.  How do we make changes to this using Sitefinity 3.7 SP 4?  There is no user control in the Generic_Content admin folder that we see to edit.  Please advise.

    Hello Brian,

You have to map external template for the control or view you are using. For instance for GenericContent control that you can drop on a page the template is GenericContentControlDesigner.ascx
If you want to do this for GenericContent module, there are two templates that you have to map - ContentNewsView and ContentEditView which are used when you create a new item and edit an existing item

You can follow this KB - How to map a template

    Best wishes,
