I have a page with it's property, "Page type" set to "page group".  It has 3 pages below, reflecting this.

    Page 1
     - sub 1
     - sub 2
     - sub3

The default behavior is for the user to be redirected to sub1 when they click on Page1.

For the sub1 page, I have added several additional Page URL's. With one of the new urls that I added for this page, I set it to be default. Example,

    Sub 1 additional URLs
     - temp_sub1.aspx (Auto Generated URL)
    - bravo_sub1.aspx (DEFAULT)
    - charlie_sub1.aspx

The problem is, when a person clicks our navigation menu for Page 1, the visitor should be redirected to bravo_sub1.aspx, but instead they are being redirected to temp_sub1.aspx.

If I start over and click on the Sub1 page directly, I am redirected to bravo_sub1.aspx as expected.

It appears the additional Page URL functionality works properly when that page is called directly, but not when called by a parent "Group" page.

Is their a fix for this?

    Hi CHRIS mechsner,

We will implement this functionality in our upcoming release, so that you will be forwarded to the default page under one inner group page

Let us know if there is anything else that we can do for you.

    Kind regards,
    Ivan Dimitrov

Just to add comment, I used the "patch" download (Sitefinity_3_5_1714_dev_patch.zip).  Also, I don't see any reference to this bug being fixed in the release notes here
