I am using nested master pages and when I go to add a generic control to one of the content holders, I have to drop it in by moving the mous to the far left of where the actual content holder is located.  I also have a content holder that is coded at the top of the master page, but positioned near the bottom and I cannot drop anyting into that content holder.  Also, Sitefinity will not edit the pages at all in Overlay mode.  Please help.

    Hello Bart Welch,

    1. Make sure that you have used short closing tag for your ContentPlaceHolder controls.
    2. You can use the toolbox to add the control to a given ContentPlaceHolder instead of Drag and Drop.

The only thing with clicking on the button on the bottom right to add a control to a container is if I need to add a control above the ones that are already there.  In order to do this I have to copy content to the other controls to essentially move them each down by one.

    Hello Bart Welch,

You are right. Unfortunately this is the only solution we are aware of so far.

    Sincerely yours,
