    Hello,

    I'm new to Sitefinity and am not a web designer. I currently have an interactive map (SWF) that's showing up in Firefox. It's picky with IE, Chrome and Safari - some users see it with their browsers, some don't.

    I currently have this map coded as:

    <object height="398" width="685" id="map" data="http://www.mysite.com/sf/Files/map2.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash">
    <param name="movie" value="http://www.mysite.com/sf/Files/map2.swf">
    <param name="quality" value="high">
    <param name="wmode" value="transparent">
    <param name="loop" value="true">
    <param name="menu" value="false"> <embed src="http://www.mysite.com/sf/Files/map2.swf" quality="high" pluginspage="http://www.macromedia.com/go/getflashplayer" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="685" height="398"> </object>

    I would really appreciate any help that you can give me.

    Thanks,
    Chiqui

    Hello Chiqui Flowers,

    The code looks fine - I do not believe that something in it causing the problem. The issue is most probably coming from the overall design and css styles. We would be happy to help you, if you have a live url on which we can see the problem. Just provide it in this thread - we will browse it with different browsers and check what is wrong.

    Thank you for your cooperation!

    Hello Chiqui Flowers,

    Thank you for providing the url!

    I have checked it with IE8, Chrome 3 and Firefox 3.5 but it behaves in exactly the same way under the three browsers. To be more precise, I tried on two PCs but the result is the same.

    I will try it again on Monday and will follow up if I find something suspicious. In the meantime, if you have any more details - we will be glad if you could share them :)

    Regards,
    Georgi
