    According to the documentation, you should be able to double click on an event in this view and it should take you to the event. It does not seem to work in my install. Do I need to activate a property as I don't see any applicable property in the control to turn this on or off.

    Hi Ron,

    Thank you for your question.

    In order to browse the calendar and get detailed information about an event please follow the steps below:

    1. Open EventsScheduleView.ascx template located under: ~\Sitefinity\ControlTemplates\Events\
    2. Add the following part of code and save. Thus, an event will appear in the calendar as a link.

    <telerik:RadScheduler ID="eventsSchedule" runat="server"
       <AppointmentTemplate>
            <asp:HyperLink id="eventDetailsLink" runat="server"></asp:HyperLink>
        </AppointmentTemplate>
    </telerik:RadScheduler>

    3. Then, go to the page where you have dropped EventsScheduleView control and press the edit control button.
    4. Expand "Behaviour" section.
    5. Select a page in the SingleEventUrl propertyIt should be a page from the SiteMap where you have already dropped an EventsView control from the ToolBox.

    As a result, when you click on a single item from the EventSchedulerView control you will be redirected to the specified page. That page will display only that event item.

    Hope this helps.

    All the best,
    Ivan Dimitrov

    Thank you. That was the missing link. It now links to the event detail from the calendar display.
