I would like to create a url that's formed like: mysite.com/help/ and have it show the default.aspx page within the help directory.  What I've done is created a blank page at the parent level called help, then added a new page within the help parent and labeled the file: default.aspx.  However, Sitefinity does not display the file when going to mysite.com/help/ (404 error), I can only get to it using mysite.com/help/default.aspx.

    Any ideas?  Thanks.

I fixed the issue by creating a dummy folder (help) and file (default.aspx) on the server.  Now I can navigate to mysite.com/help and the default.aspx I created within Sitefinity displays.
