    Hi yan,

    All controls that are missing under <toolboxControls> section can be added manually there. There are several controls that are embedded in the assemblies and automatically listed in the toolbox section. Their's names cannot be changed. You can add the same controls to the toolbox section, using a different names.
    Example that demonstrates registering NewsView control with different name.

    <add name="CustomNews" section="CustomNews" type="Telerik.News.WebControls.NewsView, Telerik.News" description="" />

    Hi yan,

    you should use first <remove declaration and after that <add declaration. This way you will replace the existing control with another one.

    I hope you'll find this information helpful. Let us know if there is anything else we can do for you.

    Hi yan,

    It turned out that you can remove only controls that are in the toolbox list. Controls that does not exist in the list are added by the module. Controls as News View, blog Posts etc cannot be removed with the current implemenation.
