    Hi There,

    I am trying to create a custom module for my sitefinity website, Please any help on creating it.

    I refer the following link, and tried to install the template to my site but i am experiensing form the attached error. Please advice.

    SF version : 3.7 trial

    Please take a look at new architecture TOC. The article you are referring shows how to create a module with the old architecture.

    If you can please give me a resource so that I can create my own Module that inherit the features of Generic content module. basically I need to add some controls to the exisiting generic content module.

    You can observe Products module. It is a Generic Content based module.

    I trying to build my project with product module.

    Follwoing error that i am getting. Please advice.

    Unrecognized element 'products'.
    Parser Error Message: Unrecognized element 'products'.

    section name or telerik/cmsEngine/metaFields

    Actually I have included all the configurations in the config file..

    I there should be a problem ... since I have done everything in order.

    I cannt be able to post my entire web config for you.

    Hi Thavarajah,

    There is no problem with the module. You have not registered the module in <sectionGroup name="telerik">  I am sending you a sample project that you can test locally. You can access the backend by using products for username and password.
