I noticed that you have only downloaded a trial of Sitefinity 3.2 SP 1 and I assume that's the version you're using. We're no longer using ISAPI mapping for Sitefinity because we're using ASHX files instead. Please try upgrading to our latest release
, which has fixed over 30 known issues with the version that you have.

If possible, please give us a login to your site, as an admin, so we can take a look at what's happening. Please note that these tickets are not shared with the general public. In the future, please also complete the info about your operating system, Sitefinity version and browser, so we can better troubleshoot your problem.
