    Hi
I have a problem where a client is wanting to use formstack.com forms and place the javacript code into a generic control on a page.
eg script below, this generates a form tag which is inside the main form tag from the master page template and as such the page fails. If i remove the form tag from the master page then sitefinity errors in the design mode of the page when that template is selected.

    Using 3.7
    Any help much appreciated.

    <script type="text/javascript" src="http://www.formstack.com/forms/js.php?1027924-UydGSNaaLP-v2"></script>

    Thanks Ivan,

That wouldn't work for what I needed as the forms need to be dynamically added via user controls onto the page.

what I ended up doing was creating a user control that inheirited from the genericcontent control and added closing and opening form tags around the controls generic output.

    not pretty but works.

    Cheers
    Luke

    Hello Luke,

Just to let you know GenericContent control does not work properly when it is wrapped in a UserControl. You have to wrap it inside a  custom control - class or class library as shown in this KB
