    Hi,

    When I use the ContentManager to retrieve content, some of the content may contain embedded assets such as images, see output from a IContent.Content (an Event item) property below:

    <img style="border: 1px solid #7f7f7f; float: left; margin-right: 5px; margin-top: 3px;" alt="Flowers" src="[Libraries]8daf541c-f5f6-418c-99a6-9c4c6e4c1e42" />
    Join us for an idyllic day, and treat ...

         1) Is there a way to retrieve the content excluding these embedded assets, and
         2) What is the best approach to resolving the Url of the asset (see src attribute of <img> tag above) to something more meaningful?

    Many thanks,

    Kaine

    Hello Kaine Varley,

    1. You can modify the template of the control you want to change or override the default control and alter some of the tags that will be rendered.

    2. You can take a look at Resolving dynamic links blog post.

    Best wishes,

    Hi Ivan,

    Tried using the LinkParser.ResolveLinks() [Telerik.Cms.Web] method and it worked like a charm.

    Thank You.
