    Not sure this is SF directly related

    anyway, i've nicked the code on the TUI sample site homepage that rotates the images (rad roatator)
    However, the navigation menu doesn't slide over it

    do i need to change the Z index or something?

    Hello Quade,

    The navigation control in TIU site is not a Menu but Tabstrip that gets only the first level items from the SiteMap. Did you make some changes? I tried to reproduce the described behavior but with no success. So please send us screenshots demonstrating the problem and explain the steps we should undertake to figure out what is wrong.

    Thanks for your cooperation in advance.

    Sincerely yours,

    Hi Quade,

    Please have a look at the attached screenshot. We tested this both with IE6 and IE7 but can't reproduce the described behavior. So we will need more information in order to assist you. For example, you could send us the .master file containing the menu (together with the codebehind if any)  and the related .css files.
    Also, which Skin are you using?

    Thanks in advance.

    Regards,
    Pepi

    I have a similar issue, but it only happens in IE8 and FireFox.

    I have tried setting my dropdown to:
    z-index:1000 !important;
    and the div that contains the radrotator to:
    z-index:10 !important;
    but it does not work.

    As you can see in the screenshot, the submenu is layered between the 3rd and 4th image to the right of the main item. As the images rotate around it, the menu stays in that position.

    Hi Julie,

    Keep in mind that z-index only works on positioned elements. Did you set position to the div and the drop-down? Also, in order to assist you, we would need some additional information. Could you please provide us with your master page and the related stylesheets?
