I am developing av multilangual site. The start ( home) page is not always the same because the OS of the user is taking them to ( e.g.):
    mysite.com/en/homepage.aspx or
    mysite.com/fr/homepage.aspx

I want always the users to go to:
    mysite.com/en/homepage.aspx

Whats the best practice for this?

    Regards,
    Knut

    Hi Knut,

You can add the highlighted property to the localization node of your web.config file.

    <localization defaultProvider="Sitefinity" autoSetClientLanguage="false" persistenceMode="PathPrefix" defaultCulture="en" cultures="en, es, fr, de, bg"

By doing so the browser language version will not be used for setting the home page language on initial load.

    I hope this helps.

    Sincerely yours,
