i get this error when attempting to use the newsletters module..
i am administrator with full rights?
i also have users who are 'authors' and cannot access the modules tab at all. i presume this is probably associated with the error below?
i have read the kb item and changed the namespaces for the two notifications controls, but it still doesn't work..

    Hello nick,

    Please browse to "\[YourProjectName]\Sitefinity\ServiceAssemblies"
Under that folder you will find an assembly file looking like the one below.

    "3889AC4AF542BAC3C62ABB154E78FEA8.dll"

Please delete this assembly from your directory, restart your IIS server and try to load Newsletters module again.

Let us know about the results.

    Hi Nick,

The error is stating that the web1 server address could not be resolved. Is this the name of the server that your project is hosted on? Could you elaborate when this error occurs?

Thank you for your cooperation in advance!

    Sincerely yours,
    Georgi

yes this is the name of the server upon which sitefinity is hosted.

after clicking on 'modules' from the dashboard, then under modules clicking on 'newsletters' the above error is displayed instantly.

    thanks in advance

    Hi Nick,

We apologize for the late response.

It seems there is a permission issue on the live server.
Could you try running your project and newsletter module locally? An assembly should be generated in \[YourProjectName]\Sitefinity\ServiceAssemblies directory. Please upload it to the same location on the live server and try accessing the Newsletter module again.

Let us know about the results.

    Sincerely yours,
    Georgi
