I have an issue that I can't seem to figure out a solution. Hopefully some of you guys can help. I have a page that contains a site tree. Users can check checkboxes on the site tree. Once they select pages and hit submit I want to be able to grab the the content from the pages selected and generate a pdf. I cant figure out how to pragmatically grab the content from sitefinity. Most of the vital content will be contained within in a Generic Content Control. All help will be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    Josh

    Hi Josh Owens,

Thank you for using our services.

Can you please take a look at the Pages API articles in our on-line developer manual. You can see how to handle controls from Sitefinity pages by taking a look at the following article: Modifying Controls.

    Kind regards,

    Thanks Radoslav.

I have figured out how to get the content for all Generic Content Controls on the entire site. How would I go about getting the content for a Generic Content Control for page that I specify.

    Thanks again.

    Hi Josh Owens,

You can get the page. Then loop through controls collection
    foreach(ICmsWebControl control in page.Controls)

Then find the control by ID or type and call GenericContentControl.Content property.
