    Hi!

While configuring LoginControl properties on my Sitefinity 3.7 SP3 web site I met some problem. I change such properties for this control as RememberMeText, TitleText, PasswordLabelText and etc. but when I click "I'm done" it doesn't save my changes. Why does it happen? Maybe I need to change something?

    Thank you.

    Hi Paul,

The control uses template Sitefinity\UserControls\Login\LoginControl.ascx. In the template the Text values are hardcoded. The text property of the control in the template are not exposed in the designer and this is whyyou cannot set them from the Login control properties.

    1. You could edit the template and replace the values directly there or expose a public properties that will be set through the control designer.

    2. You could remove the template and set the properties of the Login control as you have already tried. Note that in this control there are some problems with using the selectors for setting the property values ( for instance in DestinationPageUrl property) and this issue will be fixed in Sitefinity 3.7 SP4.

    Hi Ivan!

Thank you for the response. I will try your suggestions.

You wrote about SP4. When SP4 will be ready? I thought you works now only on Sitefinity 4.0. I have strated new project on 3.7 SP3 and this information is very important for me.

    Thank you.

    Hello Paul,

SP4 will be released after the middle of July. We are keep doing bug fixing in 3.x version. We have focused on Sitefinity 4.0, but we will continue supporting 3.x edition and release regular SPs

    Kind regards,
