We are using the library to store all of our PDF forms.  A lot of these forms are state specific so we added a metafield for the state.  We customized the downloadlist control to filter by state using a querystring.  However, the form names are the same for each state, so when the PDF is clicked on, the wrong form displays.  Is there a way to link to the correct PDF form in the library by either passing the querystring or by looking at a refid?

    Hello Bart Welch,

You can append the item ID as a QueryString parameter (Param=3885eed5-363e-4576-97c3-5a8647007ce6)
The easiest way to do this is changing urlRewriteFormat for the Libraries provider in the web.config - urlRewriteFormat="~/{Provider}/{LibraryName}/[Name]/{GUID}.sflb.ashx"
