    Hello, I have been evaluating Sitefinity for about 1 week now. I have a question that I cannot seem to find a direct answer for:

    Does Sitefinity include the ability to work with the RadAjaxPanel and RadAjaxManager controls (via Visual Studio 05/08), without having to purchase the Rad Controls for ASP.Net AJAX package?

    I can see that the classes are listed in the API documentation under the Telerik.WebControls Namespace. However, I don't see them mentioned directly in the product documentation or any code snipets of using them.

    Thanks,

    Steven

    I have a related question:

    I am trying to implement the following in a user control:

    http://www.telerik.com/DEMOS/ASPNET/Prometheus/TabStrip/Examples/Functionality/MultiPage/DefaultCS.aspx

    The example says you need the following, both of which I can't find. Any Ideas??

    <telerik:RadScriptManager ID="ScriptManager" runat="server" />

    and

    <telerik:RadPageView ID="RadPageView1" runat="server">

    ok, solved it.

    Just have:

    <telerik:RadScriptManager ID="ScriptManager" runat="server" />

    in the masterpage.

    click the RadScriptManager in design view and choose to configure web.config

    then ensure your user control has:

    <%@ Register TagPrefix="telerik" Namespace="Telerik.Web.UI" Assembly="Telerik.Web.UI" %>

    then you are good to go.

    To use Telerik's ajax control library SiteFinity must have SP2 or greater.

    The Telerik ajax library is included in the Telerik.Web.UI assembly.

    Steps:

    Ensure your user control has the following, or this assembly is made available to the user control via an entry in web.config:

    <%@ Register TagPrefix="telerik" Namespace="Telerik.Web.UI" Assembly="Telerik.Web.UI" %>

    Make sure the master page has the script manager tag:

    <telerik:RadScriptManager ID="ScriptManager" runat="server" />

    In design view of the master page click the RadScriptManager and there is an option to configure web.config. The appropriate entries are then made to your web.config file to allow ajax.

    Then you are can take advantage of any of the following controls:
