    Hello All,

    We have created a simple custom user control with a RadEditor in it and we are dropping this control on to a page. But, for some reason the Toolbox for the RadEditor does not show up on the page. We have made sure that we have the proper references for both the code in front and also for the code behind.

    I have added the references as:
    User control file (control.ascx)
    <%@ Register assembly="Telerik.Web.UI" namespace="Telerik.Web.UI" tagprefix="telerik" %>
    and for the code behind (control.ascx.cs) as :
    using Telerik.Web.UI;

    The code that we are using for the RadEditor control in our control is:
    <telerik:RadEditor
                            runat="server"
                            ID="_txtContent"
                            ToolsFile="~/Sitefinity/ControlTemplates/Blogs/ToolsFile.xml"
                            EnableEmbeddedSkins="True"
                            Skin="Default"
                            Width="90%"
                            EditModes="Design,Html" TabIndex="7">
                     </telerik:RadEditor>

    I am also providing a image of how control looks when we place it on a page. Could you please suggest me what we are doing wrong. We are trying to resolve this issue and we have tried a lot of options but without any luck.

    Thank you for your time.
    Kiran.

    Hi kiran,

    Check the page for any javascript errors or failing resources. Inspect the toolbar with FireBug to see if something overlays the toolbar buttons.

    Best wishes,
