    Hi,

    Thnks for the reply.

    Is there any specific path for uploading xml and xslt files?

    We have uploaded these files into module->image and documents-> libraries. Is it correct?

    We need the xml and xslt to work in content place holder.

    Master page coding:

    <asp:contentplaceholder id="ContentPlaceHolder1" runat="server">

    <o:c runat=server ID="uccontroll" />

    </asp:contentplaceholder>

    We have created a user control with following coding:

    <%@ Control Language="VB" AutoEventWireup="false" CodeFile="content.ascx.vb" Inherits="content" %>

    <asp:Xml ID="popXml" runat="server" DocumentSource="businesscards-main.xml" TransformSource="products.xslt"></asp:Xml>

    Plz elaborate on checking the ASPNET or NETWORK SERVICE account .

    Regards,

    indu

    Hi indu,

    If you upload your XML documents and their XSLT transformation definitions in the Libraries, they will be saved in the project database. That way,
    DocumentSource="businesscards-main.xml"
    will not work, because the <asp:Xml> control will look for the files on the file system.

    We do not have any particular place for uploading such files - they could be uploaded everywhere on the file system. By checking the ASPNET or NETWORK SERVICE account we mean that the Asp.Net worker process should have at least Read Permissions over the directory, where you save these files. The reason for your error was that Asp.Net was unable to access your files and process them. By granting the permissions to one of these accounts, the error would be resolved.
