Will there be an upgrade of 3.7 to allow for SEO Friendly URLs in the forums module? Is it possible to use URL. Is there a way to extend the current version to accomplish this?

    Thanks in advance,

    Hi Ben,

Unfortunately the forums module does not support SEO friendly urls. The other bad news is that the architecture of the forums public controls is such that it does not allow for much customization in this way. We have decided to redesign and rework completely the forums module for our next major version of Sitefinity - Sitefinity 4.0. This topic will be addressed there.

One follow-up question. Will the new forums support automatic meta descriptions and page titles?

    Thanks in advance,

    Ben

    Hi Ben,

Thank you for getting back to me.

This is not planned yet, however sounds like a nice to have feature. I will log it right away.
