    Hi Guys,

I am not sure what has changed during the course of the day but now I cannot drag and drop controls like the Generic Content control onto mt localhost site. It still works on the production site but I am too nervous now to upload anything incase that breaks too,

I have tried using different browsers, switching off my Oracle database, restarting IIS and restating my machine. It seems that even the current Generic Content blocks can now not be edited.

Can you please advise? Have you experienced this before?

    Thanks
    James

Here is another post similar to mine but I have made no big changes to my OS lately. Only thing I can think of is the big MS software update push which happened last night?

    Hi James,

Thank you for using our services.

Do you get any JavaScript errors while in the page edit mode? Do any error messages come up when you drag and drop the control? Could you please provide us with a link to the post similar to this one?

    Sincerely yours,
    Radoslav Georgiev

    Hello James,

It seems that the built in scripts for the page editor are not being loaded properly. Please check the error log file if there are any errors relating to this issue. See if this is reproduced on all pages with all templates or only on certain pages/templates. If it is the latter than this means that you have included a script reference which interferes with the page editor.

    Sincerely yours,
