    Hi everyone,
I am trying to create a basic page with a user-control in sitefinity while logged in as the admin. For some reason, sitefiniy has locked "not all" but, 2-3 pages and does not let me add any controls, publish or cancel changes for that matter.
I tried rolling back the page to a previous version, delete and create a new page but, nothing has worked for me till now. Is there a manual unlock option in there?
And now when I try to create a new page, it puts a lock against it and does not let me save or publish.

    Thanks and Regards,
    Mark S.

    Hello Mark,

If you are using an user that belongs to administrators built-in role the restrictions over objects does not apply. Users that belongs to this role has unrestricted permissions.

Can you send several screenshots that represents the issue? Can you reproduce it on another website - say our demo website - demo.sitefinity.com ?

    Greetings,

    Hello Ivan,
Thanks for the reply but, I did find the solution. The issue's linked to Sitefinity and if I add a control with postbackURL property it breaks the edit page. So, I had to re-direct and fetch values again.

    Thanks,
    Mark S.
