You can use TableLayoutCssFile
to make reference to external Style sheet that has custom css classes.
1. You have to map external template for the control or view you are using. For instance for GenericContent control that you can drop on a page the template is GenericContentControlDesigner.ascx
If you want to do this for GenericContent module
, there are two templates that you have to map - ContentNewsView and ContentEditView which are used when you create a new item and edit an existing item

2. After you map the template you will find RadEditor declaration in it and this will allow you to set TableLayoutCssFile property
