Does anyone know if there is a way to use the tag cloud to display a limited number of results based on when they where entered into the CMS? For instance, we have 50 tags that we use, but only one the last 10 tags used to display in the tag cloud.

The other tag cloud functionality we'd like to explore is if we can create a module that has to a "most viewed" or most popular tags that are dosplayed based on user visits.

    Any thoughts?

    Hi Daniel,

You have to override InitializeControls of the TagList control and there bind the TagsRepeaterCloud to a datasource of tags yo want to see.

    Hi Ivan,

I actually use do not use the TagsList control. I have my own repeater that I bound to an IList with tags.
I was only wondering how to get the tags in order of popularity. And then a maximum of e.g. 10 items.

    Regards,
    Daniel

    Hello Daniel,

You should use a custom IComparer where you compare ContentsTagged ( property of ITag which is int) and tags that does not belong to a content item.
