I have been digging through users and roles for a long time and through the forums as well and can't find any information about this.   Currently the only people who can publish pages in our site are administrators.  I have tried to make a role that can publish, but there is no "Publish" permission available anywhere.  Also workflows do not have any settings for "who can publish"  Is there something I'm missing?  I've seen other discussions about the "author" "editor" and "publisher" roles, but I don't have any of these roles in my system (although I can easily create roles that generally match author and editor--but not publisher.)

    Hey Greg,

Page permissions aren't listed under Administration >> permissions.
However if you go to the backend  >> pages overview, you'll see a label marked "Permissions for all pages".

That'll lead you to a new screen where you can set permissions regarding pages and its options.
