    Hello,

    We have a client that is experiencing an issue with their icon bar in the WYSIWYG editor.  Basically, it's not showing up. 

    The situation is occurring in IE9 and Firefox.  She says that when she hovers over where the icons should be the tool tip shows up, however this is preventing her from being able to make edits.  She is using Sitefinity 3.5.

    We are unable to recreate and thus troubleshoot the issue and were hoping for some insight.  Thanks in advance.

    Hello Stephanie,

    Please check whether there is a global skin set in the web.config and whether the template of the Generic Content has been changed. The tools are loaded from xml configuration which resides under Sitefinity/Admin/ControlTemplates folder.
