I am currently using version 3.x; I'm having trouble interpreting the answer to the following question.

    Q) What are the requirements for creating a master page for Sitefinity?
    None.
However, if you are using the <div class="cmsWrapper">,which was required in previous versions, your master page will still be working fine. It is better to replace the </sf1:CmsForm> tag in old master pages with the standard <form> tag.

If using the <div class="cmsWrapper">, ..., yor master page will still be working fine. Does that mean I don't have to be using a dive with that classname?

It is better to replace the </sf1:CmsForm> tag in old master pages wit the standard <form> tag. Are you saying that the sf1:CmsForm tag is no longer needed?
