I am looking for a document control software. I run a business in Toronto. It has been almost 10 years now since I started this business. I started using a software for document control 7 years ago. And I am still using the software. It is no old and not at all useful. Since it stopped getting updates a few years ago it doesn't even have a lot of important features like document categorization. This is giving the staff a lot of headaches in finding older documents. Now I have decided to get new software and following are my requirements.
1. Need regular updates and good customer support
2. Need an option to current documents without too much hassle.
3. Need an option for document version control.
For the last few I was looking for suggestions from my friends. And one of my friends suggested this document control software. I don't know anything about them so I am looking for an another opinion. Please help me. Also, suggest some other software so that I can compare.
