    My users keep getting this message with they are in Sitefinity:

    emode=preview&locknavigation=true

    with an OK button.

    What is this?  Why does it keep popping up?  How do I stop it?

    Thanks,
    Leon

    Hello Leon Williams,

    We append this QueryString - locknavigation=true  when you are in the backend and you click on any node of the SiteMap. The QueryString is not visible in the url. Most probably you have some code in your template or any of the page that somehow interacts with the url QueryString. Try creating a simple page and template without any controls on them and see whether the problem will appear. If not, try excluding the controls that you have on the problematic page one by one.  Also, I am not sure which "OK" button you are referring.

    Best wishes,

    Thanks for your reply.  The OK button is on the message box that has the "emode=....."  the OK button closes the message box.

    Hello Leon Williams,

    Thanks for getting back to me. Check the controls in your pages and try with a sample page as suggested. Let us know how it goes. The popup seems to be an alert most probably one of your controls works with the QueryString parameters.
