    Hi All,

I am using a single Sitefinity instance to host 3 sites using the url mapping feature.  I started to notice that my homepage (index.aspx) does not always display the proper one.  For example I enter in a.mysite.com but the homepage for b.mysite.com displays.  Is this related to page caching which I have enabled?  Is there a way to prevent this?

    Thanks.
    -Ivan

    Hi Ivan,

We have not faced this problem with the urlmapping so far. If you try to clear the browser cache or just open the domains from completely different browser windows( not tabs) does the problem persists.

    Kind regards,

    Hi Ivan,

After clearing my cache and using separate browsers this doesn't occur.  But I am concerned that it is an indicator of a potential issue.  Currently this is only in the development environment but I don't want it occurring once we deploy to production.

Is there a way to clear the Sitefinity cache?

    Thanks.
    -Ivan

    Hello Ivan,

From what you are saying the problems seems to be related to your browser cache. Anyway you could try to disable the Sitefinity's page cache only for the root pages ( the home pages for your subdomains). This should not result in the performance as a whole.

    Sincerely yours,
