News letter Module issue

    Hi,

    My News letter module was working fine until last Thursday. But now it shows failed while I send Newsletter. It is asking me to check SMTP setting. I checked and everything fine there. Please see the log file for this. Can any one help me

    Hi Hydo,

    Since the error is 401 - Unauthorized , it looks like that something blocks the web service call inside  InvokeWebMethodCall

    Thanks Ivan,

    On the same server I have another Sitefinity Website with Newsletter module and it does works. Is it related with any other settings. Can you please help me on this?

    Hello Hydo,

    The error says that the request is not allowed. Can you inspect it with HttpWatch of Fiddler to see where it gets blocked?
