In SF 4 I was able to create preformatted widgets and allow the user to drag and drop the widget to a page and enter in content. I need to do this for 3.7, I need to make 3 widgets that will be preformatted, (colors, images, etc) and I then need to allow the user to enter content into that widget and a link. How can I accomplish this in 3.7?

    Hi,

This is supported in 3.x only programmatically by modifying the controls at runtime or creating custom controls.

this will allow me to create performatted widgets and allow the user to drag and drop them to the page and only add content? The widget will need to be preformatted, images, colors, etc and only allow the user to add content

So far everything I've found and tried isn't working, is there a way you can provide an example?

I need to create a widget/usercontrol that will be prestyled and the user will be able to enter in the content. The things i've read and tried in the help don't work, when I try and add it to my site it crashes my site.
