I have a site which is using the "Site Tabstrip" and "Site Treeview". I would like to use RadControls's RadTabStrib for the navigation and I am not sure how does it connect to the Sitefinity database. Which table in the database?

    Thanks,
    Pik

Personally, when I was trying to figure these out, I found that the best explanation was in reading the code for the navigation controls, which are just UserControl wrappers of the RadControls. e.g. SiteTabstrip is just a UserControl that wraps a RadTabStrip control and a SitemapDataSource.

    Hello MB,

There is no connection to the database. There is API that you can use to bind the controls to SiteMapData source control. You can do it declarativelly or using IList of ICmsPages.

Thanks for the info.  I am trying to find an example online on how RadTabStrib and RadTreeView are used in Sitefinity. Can anyone direct me to those location?

    Thanks,
    Pik

    Hi Pik Lee,

You should have SiteMenu, SiteTreeView, SiteTabStrip controls in your project which are RadMenu, RadTreeView and RadTabStrip controls from ASP.NET AJAX suite.
