    I've gotten our registration XML File. I've put it in the app_data folder with the appropriate settings in the web.config file to look for it:

    <cms defaultProvider="Sitefinity" pageExtension=".aspx" licenseFile="~/App_Data/LicenseFile.xml"
          disabled="false" pageEditorUIMode="Overlay">
          <providers>
            <clear />

    However, i still get the "Trial Version" message when working with SiteFinity. How can I check to make sure everything's working correctly?

    (I have restarted the application).

    Hello Ryan Ternier,

    Take a look at this article - How to check your current Sitefinity version? After the version of Sitefinity there is semicolon followed by a number. The number shows how many license files your website has accessed. If the number is "0" the key is not accessed. Also make sure that the host for which you owe a license key is not changed at your end due to some internal routing you could have made.

    If the problem persists, please open a support request and provider us with more detailed information
    • - domain name.
    • - license key file you use.
    • - owner of the license key.
