    Hi,

Our client wants to implement HA with Sitefinity.
    Does Sitefinity support HA configuration?
What are the requirements and do we have to buy the HA software component?
Is there any information I can read online about this?
    Thank you.

    Regards,
    Ivan

    Hello Ivan,

What kind of software is "HA Software" . Do you mean High-availability cluster? If so, Sitefinity does not have a specific requirement for this, since High-availability cluster works on server and notwork level.

    Hello Ivan,

Can just use a load balancer, 2 webservers (installed with Sitefinity) and a single shared database for HA?

    Thank you.

    Hi Ivan,

If you use single database then the failover will be valid only for the file system and IIS crashes. If there is a problem with your database the website will be down.
