    Thank you,

    Hello DK,

We sent a reply to your support request. If someone of the community members has done this before he/she will be able to provide you with some more specific details.

    Ivan,

Thank you for your response. The support ticket answer didn't help other than we will have to write code from scratch to import vBulletin to the Sitefinity Forum. Another option we are considering is using a 3rd party asp.net forum and fully integrating it into Sitefinity. Does anyone have any experience with this? Does any enterprise 3rd party asp.net forums have any experience with converting a large vBulletin forum to an asp.net forum?

    Thank you,

    DK

    Hello DK,

Since there is nt such importer  tool it is normal that it should be written to import all vBulletin data. Furthermore this is a PHP based forum and there is no straight way for this migration PHP to ASP.NET.There are many PHP based forums and it is hard to create some wrappers for all of them using any ASP.NET CMS on the market. vBulleting has many custom modules which functionality cannot be migrated easily or event cannot be converted to Sitefinity forums due to some limitations.

    Best wishes,
