Is there any way to give a role access to all pages of a site but only allow them to edit content of the generic content control and NOT add, move or delete other controls on the page?

What about the other control already on the page? Is there a way to deny permission to move the controls around or delete them from the page?

    Thanks,

    Duncan

    Hello Duncan Evans,

You can add this control in the master page and it will be protected from the div. You cannot prevent a control from deleting or where exactly to be placed if you have more than one content placeholder.
