We need to be able to script installation and setup of SiteFinity for automated testing purposes.

The manual tasks we need to script are:
    - Install SF
    - Create new SF site
    - Create database for SF
    - Configure new site to use the created DB

As best we can tell there is no way to automate this. We have had to create a new console application to coordinate all of these activities as well as create a SiteFinity database using our own script (we captured all the calls to SQL Server using SQL Profiler and 'replayed' it).

    Any advice from Telerik?

    Hi Schneider,

Thank you for using our services.

For the time being we cannot supply you with scripts or tools. Probably, the better idea is using of an EmptyProject.zip. Then, unzip it somewhere using your scripts (this will create a brand new project), create a database, update the web.config with the connection string and so on.

    All the best,
