Error after installation of trial version

    I downloaded the trial version of 3.7 and followed the installation instructions. I get no errors during the installation but after it completes and I on 'create new project' I get the following message.

    Info icon

    The webpage cannot be found

     HTTP 400
    I am running the installation on a Windows 2003 server. The browser being used is IE8. If I try on an IE7 browser outside the server replacing 'localhost' with the machine IP I am prompted for a username and password in order to connect to the server.  If I supply the domain administrator username and password, the project manager loads fine.

    When I start IE8 on the server, it is set to run as current user and I am logged in as the domain administrator. I get the same error if I run IE8 as administrator.

    Why is this not working with IE8? Is it a bug or an IE8 setting?

    Thank you for submitting your question.

    The screenshot is missing though, so we are not sure what the error is. I will advise you to take a look at the following manual - http://www.sitefinitywatch.com/blog/09-05-04/Bullet_Proof_Guide_to_Installing_Sitefinity_3_x.aspx

    I am sure it will help you. I will also provide you with concrete steps that you should take in order to get Sitefinity working. Just provide us with a screenshot or some more details about the error.
