    Hi
I have a page group called store and have other pages in there. Is that a way I can type http://localhost/Store and be redirected to "http://localhost/Store/Home.aspx

    Thanks,
    Priya

    Hi Priya Ramesh,

You can put a control inside "Store" page that makes Resposnse Redirect. Second option is creating a custom HttpModule and inside BeginRequest you can make redirect from the current context. Third option is use Advanced Url Rewriter in mode PermanentRedirect - <rule mode="PermanentRedirect">. You can find more information in our User Manual, URL Rewriting page 195.

Thanks. But all the methods seem to work only if the page is a sitefinity page. The "Store" is not a sitefinity page. it is a page group. So I can't add a control to it. Url rewriting is not working for page group (or am I doing something wrong).  I also tried it from custom HttpModule. Please correct me if I am wrong.

    Hello Priya Ramesh,

It does not matter whether the page is CMS page or an external page. Furthermore HttpModule and HttpHandler are standard .NET implementations.
