Problem install on SBS2008

    I've followed the instructions exactly from the sitefinity install page on a SBS 2008 (x64) server.  The install seemed to run fine, but now I simply get "HTTP Error 503. The service is unavailable." when I try to access the initial sitefinity page at http://localhost/telerik/Sitefinity3.7.

    When I look at the app pool, the "Classic .NET AppPool" has stopped.

    In the event log, it says RpcProxy.dll failed to load.

    Here's the event data:
