    Hello

What version of RadControls are being shipped with SF3.1 SP2? The reason I ask is because I need to install en-GB version of the dictionary for RadSpell, but I am unsure as to which version I need to install to get it working correctly..

    Thanks.

    Thanks Georgi

From the Telerik site, its difficult to see which version relates to which season/year.

    Going by release dates, I think Q2 2007 is Version: 7.2 Released:9/18/2007

I downloaded en-Gb Dictionaries for r.a.d.spell 2.x, and put the file into

    RadControls > Spell > TDF

and in my ConfigFile for RadEditors, set the language value as:

    <property name="Language">en-GB</property>

But when i attempt a spell check, the spell checker looks partially loaded. Please see screen:

Any ideas as to what this may be ?

    Hello Imran,

The dictionary is loaded successfully but there is one more thing that you should do  - the specific localization for the spell dialog is not loaded. In RadControls\Spell\Localization, make new directory named en-GB, and copy all files from  en-US directory  to it.

If you wish, you can edit SpellDialog.xml located into the new directory, after copying it, to configure custom messages and button labels that the Spell Dialog uses under this localization.

I hope you find this helpful. Don't hesitate to contact us for anything else!

    Sincerely yours,
    Georgi
