if I want to install Sitefinity 3.5 SP1 on our Windows Server 2003 64 Bit, I get the following error message: Error creating virtual directory telerik. Exception details: The system could not find the path specified.

I've read this article: http://www.sitefinity.com/sf3/troubleshooting.html#36. The "Default Web Site" is presented in the IIS and the requirements are fulfilled. First, the name of the standard website was "Default Website". I changed it to "Default web Site". The error appears on both configurations.

I tried the installation on another Windows Server 2003 64 Bit. There the installer doesn't work, too.

What should I do to solve the problem?

    Hello Madjoo,

Could you please try to create a project manually? You can download the BlankProject.zip file from your Client.Net account, extract the files somewhere, and point a virtual directory to these files. You should give the worker process account with Read permissions over the project files, and Read/Write permissions over the App_data directory.

Other than that, you can check if the Default Web Site is running, or it is being stopped.
    If you have
    Best wishes,
