This is strange - the Telerik International University does not use the .master
file that gives the error you showed. This suggests the database is not the original one that goes with the TIU site. You could manually paste the file (taken from the JobsIntraSite) in the TIU App_Master
folder and check whether it will run or not.
For your convenience, I have attached the master file. However, I recommend you uninstall Sitefinity and then install it again. You do not need to install both the community edition and the patch file - the edition would be enough to cover the latest changes. The patch would be in use to you only if you had an earlier Sitefinity version installed and you just wanted to apply the latest changes without uninstalling the whole version.
