As much as I can't wait to get the latest SF patch in, I hate having to physically do the upgrade.

Can we get two Upgrade Versions from now on?
    1) Upgrade from the previous version, which JUST includes the files which have changed.  It would be nice to know what's changed so I can compare it to the files I modified instead of having the entire SiteFinity folder sent to us every time (my sitefinity folder is heavily modified)

    2) Full upgrade from any other version to the latest (so same as whats there now...)

    Hello Steve,

Since version 3.6 we use embedded templates. And they solve the problem you are referring to above. Generally speaking you map only templates that you want to modify. By default all provider folders are empty.

    2) Full upgrade from any other version to the latest

Since we use embedded templates and the fixes are made to the controls that are into assemblies you get the full upgrade.

But there's still tons of files like admin.master, global1.css, etc etc which are modified.  For example, theres over 3000 files in my Sitefinity folder, and 2700 in the patch...

It would be nice to only have the 5-10 (or more) that have phyically changed so I can merge them together

Windiff for example shows me there's 49 files that are different in the sitefinity folder from the live version to the patch (some I've modified)

    Hello Steve,

Thank you for getting back to me. We are considering to improve the upgrade for version 4.0. I agree that the files you are taking about are still not embedded, but we are working on this implementation.
